In the case of no border closures or federal government restrictions affecting the tour, Group Leaders have the flexibility to postpone or cancel a trip as per the below terms:

* Should you wish to secure an important activity or other specifically requested supplier, whose terms would fall outside of these parameters, we will discuss this with you before making a booking.

In the case of border closures or federal government restrictions preventing your tour from proceeding, the Group Leader can postpone the trip with no change fees. If a supplier has any non-refundable component, where possible, we will apply these payments toward your postponed tour. 

If you decide to cancel the tour due to border closures, the following cancellation fees apply per person (plus any non-refundable payments from suppliers):

Should a border closure be announced while you are away, Latitude Group Travel will use its established relationships with suppliers to prioritise the return of your group.

Covid safe actions for all tours include:

• Provide masks and hand sanitizer to all participants (if required)
• Provide a Covid-19 safety briefing prior to departure for all tours
• Pre-pay all meals and activities where possible, avoiding the need to use cash
• Work with hotels and suppliers who have Covid Safe plans and procedures

If someone becomes symptomatic of COVID-19 or is diagnosed with COVID-19 while on a Latitude Group Travel tour, our team will be be there to assist in every way – from coordinating doctor appointments and quarantine, to liaising with family and assisting a parent/guardian to meet the group.
